Feature request: Typewriter scrolling

Another useful feature that makes it easier to work with long texts is the typewriter scrolling mode, in which the active line is always in the middle of the window. It would be truly amazing if Folio could do this.

Not something I'll be looking to add but if someone wants to make a PR for it I wouldn't be against it.
