Index Notes in the Root Folder (what's done in NextCloud)?

Hi, thank you very much for developing such a great app!

Currently Folio app displays only note files stored in the sub-folders (or Notebooks) of the main storage location. Is it possible to add an option to index note files located in the main "Notes Storage Location" folder as well?

I am asking because quite a few file-based note taking apps have (NextCloud Notes, FS Notes, Iotas...) following approach:

• By default notes are saved in the main folder.
• If note gets assigned a category it is moved to corresponding subfolder (Notebook).

I understand that this is a whole different paradigm of how the app would work. Definitely not trying to steer the app direction anywhere but would like to hear your input on this topic as quite a few users may want to use the app for NextCloud notes.
