Improving convenience functions in the DDH5Writer.

Thanks to @yoshi74ls181 the DDH5Writer now has a few convenience functions. A good improvement to this would be to be able to specify if you want timestamps being added to the beginning of the files before the file names, add automatic extensions for the files and if no name for files are passed, to just use the timestamps as file names.
