Dragging with right mouse button in output windows should work without focus

Currently you have to actively select the output window to drag the view. This inconsistent to the graph window that can be dragged when hovered without focusing first.

fwiw im not experiencing this issue, i can pan the output view with right click without giving the window focus, and dragging it doesnt give it focus either
