[FEATURE REQUEST] Budget - Make "Income vs spending overview" a separate selection from "Total Monthly Goals"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the only way to display the "income vs spending" sidebar is by enabling "Add Total Monthly Goals" and selection "Show monthly goal amount, goals breakdown and income vs spending overview".

I would like to include the "income vs spending" overview without also adding monthly goal amount and the goals breakdown.

Describe the solution you'd like A separate option to enable the "income vs spending overview" separate from the monthly goal overviews.
