[FEATURE REQUEST] Text Wrapping Long Names (Accounts, Categories, and Payees) and Memos With Possible Max Line Limit

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's frustrating to have to go into edit mode for an account, category, or transaction to see the entirety of a long account name in the side bar, category name (transactions and budget page), payee, or memo.

Describe the solution you'd like I would love it if these fields would word wrap and expand the row height when they exceed the field width. A maximum number of lines option might be beneficial, particularly for transaction memos.

Describe alternatives you've considered Just go into edit mode see the info. In the case of accounts, going to the account register works.

Additional context Currently when names are too long for the viewable space, they are truncated with ellipses.
