Include running total or sum when searching

I like to sometimes see how much I spent on a certain vacation but whenever I filter my "all accounts section" it shows the transactions but no aggregation.

On this screen, when you are in the all accounts page and you search by a category, there should be an aggregate amount either in the bottom or top that says in total you spend X amount. That would be the sum of all the outflows minus the inflow.:

Have not contributed yet, and the Good First Issue label doesn't have much right now. Despite that, this sounds like it'd be interesting and not too hard.

If maintainers are cool with it, I'd be interested in taking this on, but like, not particularly soon or quickly if that's ok!
