[BUG] Empty white space appears at top and bottom of screen in transaction listings and loans

Describe the bug

Unmoveable whitespace is added to either the top or bottom half of the screen (often both at the same time) seemingly randomly when entering or adjusting transactions, or "entering" any field to add/change numbers.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any accounts page to list the transactions
2. Click on any transaction, and amend it. For example changing the numbers in an "outflow" field, or changing the "repeating" selection from the date dropdown menu.
3. Upon changing any of this, most of the time I will get a large row of whitespace at the top or bottom of the page, where transactions used to be. When the top of the page gets whitespace, it seems to be the exact size of my upcoming transactions that disappears from view. It also means that the whole top of the page in accounts is unusable and I must refresh the page to use YNAB again.

Expected behavior

For this not to happen, and none of the page to disappear.

this happens for me in the loan tracking view, if i click "see history" under the current month account history. i'm not sure if it's down to a particular toolkit setting, but if i go into dev tools in chrome to inspect the page, the whitespace is tagged with the id #toolkit-reports. deleting this div restores my view to normal. i see that the same div is there in the original view before clicking "see history", but in this context it seems to be claiming space it shouldn't.

Please feel free to reopen if this is still an issue. We haven't seen any other reports of this nor have been able to reproduce.
