Suggestion - Add comment as mod team to comment removal macros

The new removal comment as subreddit is nice. Can it be extended to comment macros?

I'm sure it'd work if we added it as a comment removal reason - but then the big prompt would show up every comment removal (I know holding shift helps, but it's just kind of annoying.)

To show what I mean, add an option to post as u/sub-ModTeam instead of distinguish as mod.

The API endpoint only works with items that are removed. This assumes it works with comments, I haven't tested this.

Anyway, we'd need to think a bit how we'd implement this in a way that isn't confusing.
