Allow input of multiple items per input field in QueueTools select popup

Previously apparently the selection was retained and on using it again you could select multiple things (in this case domains). This is actually not good behavior for most use cases but it would be a good idea to allow multiple items. The easiest way is probably through comma separated input.

Oh one additional thought, maybe the input should be retained as well? So that when you filter and then reopen the popup the current selection is visible?
