Make sticky button visible within posts

When you are within a post detail, there is no sticky button if it is enabled. Making it difficult to sticky to top position

Uh isn't there a reddit thing that just has a confusing name? (make announcement I think)

Point being it only allows you to sticky/announce, not choose top or bottom position
