Modmacro, ability to reply as subreddit

Right now it just hits respond when executing a modmacro regardless of what is currently selected (at least from looking at the code)

If we would add ability to reply as subreddit we would be able to solve two problems, being able to always respond as a user - without the chance of replying as a mod note - whilst also supporting replying as subreddit

Dropdown in what way to choose between subreddit and comment? I think it would be better to keep it as it is to make it easier to manage macros that should work for comments, modmail, and posts

Reply as subreddit only applies to modmail, there is also mod only and reply as yourself. That's three options, making me think they should be in a drop-down
