Modmatrix filter options don't work very well.

Individual selections work but the all selection doesn't work as expected

I played around with the matrix but not seeing anything obvious, other than the missing icons for the last 15 or so actions in the table. Is that it or something else?

No when you select who should be shown in the matrix. I'll see if I can screencap later today.

If I understand this post correctly, I'm seeing the same thing where I can't exclude certain users from the matrix (automod throws the percentages off)

It's been this way at least a year, but currently still happening on 5.5.2, firefox linux
