Create data export module

I made this yesterday for /r/askhistorians because they wanted to do some stats. It basically exports some data of the new tab in csv format.

I am thinking that we could make this into a data export module (or possibly a tab on the settings page) where mods can export similar stuff in csv format from their subs.
