Move all UI from TBU to TBui

The only thing I can currently think of is the template thing.

I don't think long load and textfeedback count since they are effectively utilities.

The controls for those things can stay in TBUtils, but any UI generator code should be moved to TBui.

They are already in TBui. I moved them days ago. They are UI elements.

This issue was for alert, notification and anything else that hasn't been moved.
