I don't get any block called when the connection status changed on my local mac-mini

I have used the first approach(using two blocks to detect the changes) and I tried to test it on my simulator by disabling connection on my PC. But unfortunately, I didn't get any callback.

Is this because I used simulator? It should work on devices?

I find shutting down the wifi causes the block to fire, but it doesn't seem to work properly when I turn wifi back on as it still records "no wifi".

I'm guessing that this is a latency problem with the connectivity coming back but not full internet access straight away (e.g. while the Mac waits for DHCP)?

I have raised this in another ticket but as yet no comments.
