请教一下, 为什么PacketTunnelProvider.swift里面并没有实现shadowsocks的VPN协议, 这样就能支持shadowsocks呢?

我说的shadowsocks协议, 值的是对TCP/UDP数据的加密和解密的处理逻辑, 我看了好几个demo, 比如wireguard, 里面也没有看到wireguard协议的编码.
