I upgrade rabbit to current version and get error when run chat.py

Broker shutdown: code 541 message 'INTERNAL_ERROR'

Building the plugin requires me to figure out how the build system has changed since I last looked at the code. That's before I get to the point where I can figure out if anything in the actual code needs to be changed.

I'm not very versed in this sort of thing but went a took a look at the RMQ build changelogs. Anything I can do to help expedite as we'd love to use this plugin
