Black screen instead of video playback

Yesterday, after I installed this application, it was working smooth as butter. Today, it is now extremely choppy and starts off black for awhile i think its just very very slow and the video begins with a dark frame first. i tried 2 different videos and formats and each are very sluggish. my CPU is running under 20% and 50gb mem just sitting there not being used. Nothing seems to be bogging down my PC but yet this screensaver acts like its dieing its last breath. idk... hope this helps and you fix it because it was nice being able to use it for a day. i have a govee dreamview stuff all over and my screensaver makes it look awesome. or did
