Collapse introns
I wonder if it is worth removing / minimizing introns in the gene models, especially when looking at exome data? Take a gene like RAI1:

The overwhelming majority of the view is blank space since we have no variants in the introns. If we gave the option to collapse / remove these introns, we'd have a lot more space to work with. Really large genes would really benefit from this, but we would need to make sure the UI is considered to make sure the user can see the full, to scale, gene model.
Agreed. This would be a nice feature.
