Sync between devices

Hello, I tried the library and it works really well. But I have one issue with it - sync. There is delay between the devices and the sound is not simultaneous. Can you suggest me how to fix it

@luciansvnc I was able to get it to play simultaneously on the host and 1 guest, am currently trying to figure out how to stream to multiple guests at once
