The newer openCL which 2x accel reduce the perfomance on some AMD device even less then it was be before

I tested the newer openCL 2x imporvement on Radeon HD7850 2Gb 256bit GPU on the Windows computer with Athlon X2 CPU and get the even the same perfomance then it was be on the previous kernel. The result is 115 MH/s. So It seems there no any 2x on AMD GPUs like that. During the tests on nVidia GPUs the accel is the near the 2x. So it seems the kernel have problems with some AMD cards.
