Add stylistic set to turn off "|--" ligature

Currently, pipe followed by two or more hyphens becomes a connected ligature. I'd like to have a stylistic set to make this three or more.

Some command-line tools list synonymous options separated by pipes, which causes the ligature to be used inappropriately:
