Request for _||_ ligature (double tack up for conditional independence)

Love the font. I would love it even more if there was a ligature for _||_ (underscore bar bar underscore) to represent the double tack up symbol (⫫) for conditional independence.

What programming language is it used in?

I don't know if it is used in any programming languages; I see it more like the logic and set operators as it's used in probability.
