WinUAE crashes when changing the sound options while recording the audio output

1. Enable capturing the audio output to a WAV file.
2. Change any of the sound settings (e.g., stereo separation, interpolation, etc.)
3. WinUAE will hang for a few seconds at least (sometimes up to half a minute), then hard crash (the process just disappears).

Can reproduce this 100% of the time with DirectSound (haven't tried the other drivers).
