[Feature request] Add block spinner on import/export actions

Tried to export 780 devices with recursive and it elapsed several time to finish. During this time, the webUI is available and the user doesn't know what is happening on the backend.

We should add a block spinner showing a message and to avoid other actions during the export/import process.
