(BUG) Can no longer make a group speak

Expected Behavior

My echo group of "Everywhere" is detected but not available to speak to. Also the announce action doesn't work for any of my echos. It never announces the message.

Current Behavior

Everywhere Group is not found in an action to speak to

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Create a group of echos in amazon app
  2. Try to speak to that group in an action

Context

**How has this issue affected you? Can not send a message to all devices at once. What are you trying to accomplish? Send a message to all devices at once. Providing context helps us come up with a solution that is most useful in the real world I want to announce to my house a message so I don't need to determine which room my kids are in.
