[Feature Request] Heroku discontinuing free tier Nov 28

I received a notification that the free tier of Heroku will be going away November 28, and will require transitioning to a paid plan. From what I can tell, the least expensive option (Hobby) is $7/month. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure and probably others all have free tiers that appear to be comparable to what Heroku will be charging $7/month for. If I was going to pay a monthly fee to use Echo Speaks I would much rather pay you than Salesforce / Heroku.

Please consider making it possible to run Echo Speaks with a provider other than Heroku.

I recognize this is not a trivial request given all the integration you have built to make setup and updates work so seamlessly with Heroku.
