Verify the following before opening an trouble issue

Go over all the following points, and put an x in all the boxes that apply. If you're unsure about any of these, don't hesitate to ask. We're here to help!

  • [x] That OAuth is Enabled for the SmartApp under the IDE.
  • [x] The App/SmartApp and Device Handler/Driver are using the latest code available.
  • [x] You have reviewed the Echo Speaks Documentation for potential fixes.
  • [x] That Both the Apps/SmartApps and Device Handlers/Drivers have been Published for You in the IDE.

About Your Setup

  • Hub Platform (SmartThings or Hubitat): Hubitat v2.3.1.142; HW Rev C7
  • How many devices are detected?: N/A
  • iOS or Android?: iOS
  • Mobile App Version(Not required): N/A
  • App/SmartApp Version: 4.2.0.5
  • Device Handler/Driver Version: N/A
  • Heroku Server Version: N/A

Current Behavior

When following the server installation instructions Step 1, clicking on the Begin Server Setup button results in a window opening, but the following JSON error message is displayed rather than the "Echo Speaks" HTML and code in Step 2 the documentation:

{"error":true,"type":"java.lang.Exception","message":"An unexpected error occurred."}

Note that if I go back to Step 1 and deselect "Deploy to Heroku Server" the pop-up window correctly displays the HTML for deploying via node.

Uninstall / reinstall and reboot haven't changed the errant behavior.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Install via Hubitat Package Manager
  2. Follow [app configuration] documentation
  3. Click Begin server setup

Please include a copy of any relevant log output to assist in tracking down the bug
