Change license of wireguard-control to MIT and Apache-2

I would like to use this the crate wireguard-control in a closed source commercial project.

Since rust statically links all crates I don't think I can use this crate.

Could you change the license to dual MIT and Apache-2 as most of the rust ecosystem uses?
