[Feature Request] Expose Wallet::make_a_gift_message and vm in json api

[yagop]

Would be amazing if Wallet::make_a_gift_message (and vm methods) are exposed in the json api so we can sign and send latter.

vm methods are also a good idea to be able to execute fift code.
