Use odroid packages where applicable

We could:

• Skip the manual kernel compilation and use their maintained kernel packages
• Use their uboot packages
• Grab the module blacklist fix package
• Use their boot.ini package

This would make the whole installation process a lot more lightweight.

For stock images, yes that would be a nice option. However, I would like to retain the ability to compile the kernel/uboot for custom images as part of the process. We could add makefile flags to support both, of course.
