Individual Text for Read-More-Link is not Reflected.

Elementor allows to set an indiviual text for the "read more"-Link, same as using e.g. <!--more Curious? Follow the story here… --> in the classic editor (WordPress documentation: Modify The Read More Link Text). After setting such indivdual link text, the setting is ignored when showing the posts on the blog page. Instead, the regular text "read more…" is beeing used.

I support this issue. What I observed is, that the more tag is completely ignored, when applied with an individual text.

Need to find a way to integrate this with the custom read more text option in the Customizer in a backward-compatible way. Will look at it for 3.1.
