Unify font sizes (Gutenberg Core and GB)

In https://github.com/tomusborne/generatepress/issues/464 I had suggested to be able to make a constant font size setting via GP. I find it a bit irritating that GB has different font sizes, so Gutenberg Core. Is this a bug? Can't we standardize that?
