Grid block - adding dynamic background image to grid container removes its width setting

When adding a dynamic image background to a grid block container the width is removed so it has to be applied again.

Steps to recreate:

1. Add a grid block
2. Use the presets to add a few columns
3. Toogle on the dynamic feature on a grid container and apply a dynamic background image.
4. Width gets reset/removed on the container

Also related to this, not sure if this is a GB or GP issue, but the dynamic data background image option doesn't seem to work if used on a grid container an Block element template. Are there still some limitations with using the dynamic data options within Element items?
