Headline Dynamic Link - add Rel attributes

been a few request for rel attributes in GP Dynamic data links for Headlines... so its now a feature request for GB

Other attributes should be able to be added as well. This applies to the dynamic image links as well.

Currently, there is no option for the dynamic headline to set its link to open in a new window without using the render_block filter. For the time being, the following solution can be used, I wrote an article about it. https://www.gmitropapas.com/generatepress-tips-and-tricks/generateblocks/dynamic-headline-external-link/

It would be nice to have that functionality in core GB as well.
