Widget Area debug error: "wp-editor" script should not be enqueued together with the new widgets editor

Description

Notice: Function wp_enqueue_script() was called incorrectly. "wp-editor" script should not be enqueued together with the new widgets editor (wp-edit-widgets or wp-customize-widgets).

Visible when latest version of GB is installed, debugging enabled and widget area open.

Can replicate on local install, WP 6.6.1 and just latest GB installed.
