Add default Changeset Description to the tasks
Some challenges (at least https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/27930) does not have a default "Changeset description". It is possible to set one in Maproulette https://learn.maproulette.org/en-US/documentation/creating-a-challenge/:
Changeset Description This field will be used to pre-fill the changeset description in the editor ( A URL linking to the challenge description and task is automatically added to the changeset comment, but only when the challenge is discoverable ). I used reviewing named motorway junctions. A #maproulette hashtag will be added unless you change that default setting below.
This is really helpful for the mappers as it avoids having to fill it manually, also it could give more details than an actual mapper would write, for instance on the above challenge I write my changeset description as:
Fix invalid lanes=* tag https://maproulette.org/challenge/27930/task/132552919
where I update the link for every task so it is easy to understand why I did a change.

@homersimpsons your suggestion is generally valid on TomTom challenges. There is a default changeset description also with a URL to the task you fix. Sharing a screenshot from a randomly selected challenge below.
Please let us know if there are other challenges without a default changeset comment and we will look into it. Also, please let us know if it is OK to close the issue if all seems good regarding the default comments.

I was only aware of this one. I cannot really iterate over all challenge to check if this is correctly done.

About this specific challenge this is maybe done (I cannot check as there is no remaining tasks). I believe TomTom can add this check on their internal tool used to create challenge to ensure new ones will have this field and maybe run it on older one to check they all have this field.
I'm closing this to remove noise as I only identified one such challenge and hence I believe the original issue is fixed now.
Thanks for the response @homersimpsons. To clarify myself, I didn't mean to ask you to check challenges one by one, but was trying to ask if you have encountered this on other challenges as well.
