in the form `{...gf` currently Stax asks for a filter block. Instead, it can assume that `{}` is the filter to save bytes on the generator.
In [this program,](https://staxlang.xyz/#c=%3D&i=[[7],[0]],[7,0]) stax asserts that `[[7],[0]]` and `[7,0]` are equal. Is this intentional, or a bug?
