It looks like it's using an old version of `go-whosonfirst-export`, 0.4.0. I'll upgrade to the latest and run again and see how that does.

The list of files in the debug listing looks fine, but it just continues to write data. I just ran it again, and after 20 seconds it had filled 334MB....

Oh, and I upgraded to jruby 1.6.7, with the same results.
