Replaced the retired 2018 ami with the current 2022 version.
Bump DigitalOcean to use Terraform V1.22.2 the current V0.12 is deprecated and unreliable. Furthermore DigitalOcean image is changed from ubuntu-14-04-x64 to ubuntu-22-04-x64 since it is not supported any more (deprecated).
