Score properties based on pre-defined attributes

Would like a way to score each property (1-100) based on several attributes such as:

  • Cash Flow

  • Cash on cash return

  • Schools

  • Cost per SQFT

  • Year Built

  • beds/baths

  • Debt coverage ratio

  • Area economics

  • Appreciation potential (home value and rent)

Hi, is this still under active development? I thought a linear regressor or other appropriate ML model could score the property. If not, the user can give user-defined weights that the function takes in and outputs a score

@abc22413 - I'd love to see someone jump in and contribute, especially with ML models that could help score properties. The challenge is in gathering enough data for other properties in the same area to run proper comparisons.
