Forward host webcam to the container

I have added instructions on how to forward host webcam to the container. It is tested and works for me.

@tomparys, are you interested in merging this?

When I'm sharing my webcam with the container, I also need to change the permissions to /dev/video0 inside of it. Is that also needed here, or does --privileged take care of that?
