Good afternoon, is it possible to implement a process strat when selecting the appropriate type and category from the standard Ticket creation interface, not from the self-service interface? http://glpi/front/ticket.form.php

Yes this is possible, currently it's not implemented... Feel free to develop this and propose a pull request to the code repository.
