Frosty tried to use native code debugging

Describe the bug Frosty tried to use native code debugging, then crashed because it was denied by the os(graphene os)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Watch for at least 20 minutes a livestream with native code debugging property denied
2. Frosty crashes

Expected behavior Frosty shouldn't be using native code debugging.
