Follower emotes not in picker on other channels for subscribers.

Describe the bug Twitch allows subscribes to use follower emotes on other channels however frosty hidea these from the picker.

To Reproduce

1. Subscribe to any channel that has follower emotes set.
2. Visit any other channel.
3. Attempt to use any of the first channels follower emotes.
4. Observe that the follower emotes are missing from the picker.

Expected behavior Follower emotes should be available to subscribers on all channels, this is the case in the twitch app and they do display correctly in both if manually typed they are merely missing from the picker.
