Support Background Play

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I usually listen to streams while moving, and occasionally get to watch it with the chat opened. For the latter, Frosty is wonderful, but for the former, it's not a feasible app for this.

When I start playing a stream and press home, it goes PiP. Turning that off will turn off the playback as well. And regardless the stream being PiP or not, pressing sleep button will make the stream stutter for a minute before the playback finally stops.

Describe the solution you'd like I want PiP to be optional. And the app to support background play. So I can just keep a stream playing when the phone is on sleep or I am using it for other things, and can always come back to watch video and stop watching (but continue listening to) as well.

Additional context I use Android 9, and I always set the quality manually (thanks for updating this recently).
