Remember Last Chosen Video Quality

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To reduce data usage when I have no access to WiFi, I watch streams on lower quality like 360p, since the impact is not that big when I am in portrait mode.

Using the original Twitch app, it remembers that I have selected 360p, and would remain so for all sessions/streams. However, Frosty defaults to "Auto" each time you enter a channel, which will result in a heft data usage if I forget to change it to 360p each time I enter/leave a channel.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like Frosty to remember the last chosen video quality, for all sessions, including entering/leaving a channel.
