Video playing in pip when using notification panel

When playing a video in the app, if we pull down the notification tray when in landscape/portrait the app automatically goes to PiP mode.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any live stream
2. Click on video
3. Swipe down the notification panel
4. See error

Expected behavior I expect the video to be still playing while i access my notifications/notification panel.
