Option for non-live recent emote list sorting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The latest version of Frosty updated the recent emote list to live-update, but this means clicking on an emote instantly moved it to the top of the list and bumps other emotes down. I've personally found this leads to many mis-clicks.

Describe the solution you'd like An option to disable live-updates of the recent emote list would be a simple fix allowing for both modes for people to choose from.
